Before we met up with everyone for family temple day, we, along with my parents, left town early to go to the science center. My parents have not seen the Endeavour yet and Sam wanted to ride the balance bike.

we watched a video showing how the space shuttle was towed through the streets of LA. It's pretty amazing.
We've seen this a few times, but its still such an amazing thing to see in person.
And finally Sam is tall enough to ride this balance bike! He's had to wait about 5 years to be tall enough. He was one happy guy!
After the science center, we headed to the temple where Mark and I helped watch the primary kids while the adults did a session. I always love watching the kids at the temple.
After the temple we headed to Chinatown for some dinner. Yummy food and some fun shopping was a perfect ending to a great day!
